Herzberg and Maslow

Herzberg's "two-factor theory" is a motivation theory, which is based in workplace conditions that affect employee satisfaction and motivation. Maslow's hierarchy of needs is based on the man's total need. Here is a review of the relationship and differences between the two theories. If you do not know the two theories in advance, it is highly recommended that you have seen both Herzberg's motivation theory and Maslow's hierarchy of needs before you see this review.
